A. Most orders are processed and shipped the next business day after the order was placed. We primarily ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) for both international and domestic shipping. USPS delivery time is generally 2-3 business days for shipments to the lower 48 states. Shipping time for international orders varies from country to country.

Q. How loudly should I play the music?
A. Hospice Music Therapy should be played at a comfortable level. We leave it to our customers to decide what works best for any individual situation. Generally speaking, if someone has to strain to speak over the music, it's too loud.

Q. What are the terms of the guarantee?
A. We genuinely want you to be satisfied with your Hospice Music Therapy purchase. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with our products you can return them for a refund for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. Simply send back the CD with your information, and we will refund your money to the credit card, Paypal, or Google Checkout account used in the purchase.
